At Lactalis, our CSR approach looks beyond our own operations to consider the broader factors that influence how our products are made and valued. It brings together environmental, social and quality considerations across our activities, with the aim of informing how we continue to improve over time.
To help shape this approach, Lactalis Group seeks input from a wide range of stakeholders. This includes external groups such as consumers, customers, governments, local communities, industry bodies, NGOs, scientists, suppliers and farmers. Internally, it involves our Executive Committee, employees, employee representatives, and teams across legal, compliance and CSR. This is an ongoing process that reflects evolving expectations and helps guide priorities over time.
